Anticipated Grades for 54 Hole Championship.  These are based on GA handicaps and are subject to change depending on numbers and handicaps.

Men - A grade 0-14 STROKE; B grade 15-21 STABLEFORD; C grade STABLEFORD 22-36 (Play afternoon)

Ladies - A grade 0-20 STROKE; B grade 21-25 STABLEFORD; C grade 26-45 STABLEFORD (Play morning)

Please assist the Committee by observing the following:

  1. Online Entries close January 31st 2025
  2. Fees must accompany all entries.
  3. Mark each event you wish to play in - if foursomes, your partner's name & golflink number
  4. Pinehurst Entries - ONE person enters and pays for both players.
  5. Events 3 and 5 competitors must enter for the full 54 holes. These events include daily scratch and concurrent handicap events.
  6. Veteran’s event is additional to event 3 and 5
  7. CANCELLATIONS - Entry fees for withdrawals will only be refunded on application and at the discretion of the committee.

GREEN FEES: All green fees included for entrants from Saturday, February 22nd to March 1st inclusive.

Prior to and after these dates green fees are applicable.

Payment must be made on completion of registration form.

Conditons of Entry

  1. Fees must accompany entries.  Please pay by EFT and quote player's initial and surname provided in confirmation email.
  2. The Tournament committee has the right to refuse any entry, alter any event, the right to re-handicap players, the right to maintain or close, should maximum players be reached in entries.
  3. All ties in handicap events will be decided by a countback in the manner recommended by the S.A. Golf Association. In the event of a tie in the Championship, a sudden death play off will occur.
  4. Play will be governed by the Rules of Golf together with such Local Rules as in force on the links over which the competition takes place.
  5. All events open to financial members of Golf Australia (or state body), with an official Australian golflink handicap. All competitors should present a golf link card & proof of membership.
  6. All events to be played in grades. Ladies AM, men PM.
  7. 54 hole post entry must be paid in full prior to tee off on first day.
  8. Maximum number of 64 players for any 54 hole event. All entries will be recorded in order of receipt of application so that should entries exceed the maximum num­bers of players for any event, the earlier entries will receive priority. Preference will be given to players entering all events. Players wishing to enter single events will be accepted only after full week entries and are eligible to win daily events only. Any entry not accepted will be returned after closing date.
  9. Each player MUST report to the Starter 20 minutes before hitting off.
  10. Handicap Revision: Handicap Committee of each club.
  11. Match Committee of each club conducting the event will decide daily disputes.

  14. The rule of golf covering practice has been waived to allow players to practice on Tuesday and Thursday.
  15. Competitors may not win more than one major trophy in daily events. Competitors may not win more than one major trophy in 54 hole event. This does not include the Veteran's event.
  16. Late entries accepted if field permits at the discretion of the coordinator.
  17. ALL events: Maximum handicap for ladies is 45, Men is 36. If you do not have a partner we will endeavour to find one if available.
  18. Motorised buggies/carts and GPS devices are allowed on all courses.
  19. Entry fees for withdrawals will only be refunded on application, for extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the committee.
